Giveaway Overview

Enter by entering your name and email address at 100freebags@LaTerraBella.com or by visiting www.LaTerraBella.com and clicking on the Free Bag Wednesdays!! post, and following the instructions there on how to enter.  No purchase is required.  Purchases will not increase your chance of winning.  You must enter a valid email address and it must be your own email address.  Entering the same email address more than once will not increase your chance of winning.  Entries become the property of Groovy Light Enterprises, LLC (“LaTerraBella.com,” also referred to as “we” or “us”).  Entrants will receive email announcements and special offers from us, but can always decide to opt-out of emails later.  The promotion will run weekly.  Register by 11:59 pm PST on Tuesday to be eligible for that weeks drawing. We reserve the right to change or cancel the promotion at any time, at our sole discretion.

Drawings

Starting July 6, 2011 and once every week thereafter, on Wednesday, we will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries.  We announce the winner as soon as commercially reasonable thereafter.  Our decisions are final.  Your odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries we receive.  We notify the potential weekly winner by email.  If the email address is invalid or the notification cannot be delivered, we will select another winner at random.  If a dispute arises over entitlement to a prize, the winner is the person to whom the email account was assigned by the appropriate agency, internet service provider, business, or organization.  Each email address may win only once.

 

Prizes

The weekly winner will receive merchandise with a value of up to $75.00 from LaTerraBella.com.  Winners may be required to complete a declaration of eligibility and a publicity release before receiving the prize.  Winners are responsible for paying all income and other taxes associated with the prize, if any.  Accepting the prize grants us permission to use the winner’s name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation or notice to the extent permitted by law.  We may substitute another prize at our discretion.

 

General Rules

Entry into this giveaway promotion is open only to legal residents of the Continental U.S. only; 18 years of age or older on the date of entry.  Our employees and their immediate family members are not eligible.  Void where prohibited by law.  By participating, entrants agree that we and our agents are not liable for any liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from entry, participation, acceptance of prize, or redemption of prize.  We are not responsible for typographical errors and for misdirected or incomplete entries.  We are not responsible for problems with telephone lines, computer systems or equipment, failure of email, or problems with the Internet or your connection to it.  If in our sole discretion we find actual or suspected tampering with the promotion, or automated entries, or technical difficulties that affect an entry or the promotion, we reserve the right to void any entries and/or to change the promotion.  Hardware problems, software problems, network difficulties, or events beyond our control may affect the fairness of the promotion or our ability to conduct the promotion, in which case we reserve the right in our sole discretion to cancel, suspend, or change the promotion.  The laws of the State of Georgia shall govern this promotion and the federal and state courts of the State of Georgia shall have sole jurisdiction and venue in those courts; entry into the promotion waives all objections to jurisdiction and venue and constitutes submission to their jurisdiction.

 

Winners

The names, home cities and states of all winners may remain accessible – through archives – for the duration of this promotion.  This decision is subject to change.
